Lakeview Motel, Phelps

My wife and I spent the 4th of July weekend at the Lakeview. This was not the first time we've stayed there and will definitely not be our last. The new owners treat you like you're members of their own family and spent a good amount of time with us and the others who stayed there down by the campfire pit at night. The rooms aren't huge but they are very clean with everything a person would want. The name Lakeview doesn't even begine to tell you the whole story or give you the full picture. You'd have to see it for yourself to appreciate the true beauty of this spectacular view. Since you're high on a hill, you can see for miles and the sunsets are gorgeous. One more thing. We have a Black Lab and we were permitted to bring him along. A big plus for pet owners who hate to leave them at home.
