\" The Jewel of Hayward\"

When new owners really love what they do and care about their customers it shows. That's what the Birch Point Resort is all about and that's what out family loved about the place. They greet you with a welcome that makes you feel you are appreciated and your entire stay is that way. Spotless cabins, Everything is new or in perfect condition and of top quality, plus the service was top notch. To be sure the folks at Birch Point are human and they can improve on a few things ( Would like to see PWC rentals and and even better wine list) but for what used to be considered a small northwoods resort this place has ANYTHING we have ever visited beat handsdown! Great service, great staff, superb facilites.... What more can you ask for?
