Most Unprofessional Service Ever

I was one of the guests who was supposed to stay here for the wedding mentioned in a previous review. We were given accommodations at this motel after the first 2 reservations were lost, but I was called 24 hours before my flight was supposed to leave notifying me that my arrangements had been modified. Not only did the woman try to cram 3 of us into a single room (when we had originally booked 2), she told me I was being unreasonable and rude because I indicated that this was not an acceptable arrangement for us, especially since we had already made our arrangements. What were we supposed to do 24 hours before flying clear across the country?
After she decided *I* was being unreasonable, she cancelled our reservation entirely and left us completely without a place to stay, 24 hours before our arrival on the opposite coast of the USA.
I don't understand how this motel is still in business if they treat all of their guests this way. I have never been more insulted and angry about hotel service in my entire life.
