Riverfront Inn New Richmond, New Richmond

My boyfriend and I walked out of the late movie Saturday evening to a glare sheet of ice, upon driving a few blocks we decided it was a risk to try to drive back to Osceola. Therefore, we pulled into the Riverfront Inn, as a first time customer. We went in and rang the buzzer for the attendant. He promptly appeared. As we told him of our fate, he offered us a rate we could not refuse. The staff were very friendly, which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The continental breakfast was good also. I would definitely stay there again in the future, this time I will bring my swim suit, as they have a pool and whirl pool!

We had a great stay at the Riverfront in New Richmond, WI. I made reservations beforehand, was quoted a reasonable price, and was charged what I was quoted. (I was ambivalent at first due to a review I found here) but was treated respectfully and very kindly for the whole stay. I found the family that runs the hotel very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned/restocked each day, and we had a continental breakfast each morning. Great value for the money, recommend.

We called to make a reservation and were quoted $85, we checked in and paid $85, then upon check out we are informed that the innkeepers wife made an error and the correct rate was $115 and therefore owed an additional $60. Another thing maid service is not daily, at least not the day we were there.
