Terrible Place To Stay!
By Tracey Stack, 8/31/11
The place could use a remodel and good cleaning. I used my own pillow, blanket and towels as the linen provided all had holes in them. The smell of my room was horrendous. The bathroom tile was all cracked and you could barely see the mirror as most of it was black spots. The pool, if you dare call if that was disgusting. The owner's are really hard to understand and not too friendly. I should have asked to see the room before I paid or else I would not have even stayed there. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Do not waste the money on this place....gross!!!

never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By Valerie Boller, 9/16/06
first of all smokers beware only one smoking room is available otherwise you're invited to sit outside in the middle of the night among the many flying insects on the rickety wooden chair outside your room.the decor of stuffed hunting trophies around the main office was interesting but not enough to ignore all the other let downs. the people who run the motel especially the wife know nothing of customer service and barely speak english. anytime i asked them a question they were confused which made me have to explain everything at least twice.when i called to reserve the room the wife/owner answered, never have i heard anyone as unprofessional! she asked my name and credit card number and the dates of my stay as if i had inturupted her day then yelled in a foreign language at me when i asked for a reservation conformation number (stupid me) so i calmly asked if there was anyone else i could speak to, she handed the phone to her husband who just yes yessed me until he understood kind of what i wanted told me a room number and hung up.outside the pool had obviously not been treated with chlorine or skimmed and cleaned anytime recently it was literally covered in a film of dead insects and something i can only describe as oily body filth leaving a dark ring all around the waterline truely disgusting!the rooms aren't much better i used my own blanket and pillow all week if you know what i mean. i was there a week and the room wasn't even vacummed once.the phone line in my room was also out half the week i stayed, the owner told me it was from a huge storm the week before. i was visiting my parents who live there (about 6 blocks away) and they told me there hadn't been a storm the previous week. the bathroom was also super gross! i stood on a towel just to shower.there was a "playground" behind the building that was like an accident waiting to happen.rusty nails, sharp edges, and splintered wood everywhere. i was relieved to not see any kids back there while i stayed. overall i think that even if they cleaned and fixed everything up they wouldn't be able to change their personalities enough for me to ever stay here again.
