Great Value
By CX5, 01/01/10
We tried the Spillover once as an alternative to the expensive Sugarloaf Hotel and its silly "must stay Friday and Sat night reservation policy." We have been going back to the Spillover ever since. The Spillover is spotless, modern, with a VERY pleasant staff. I stay at Marriott or Four Seasons type hotels around the US and Europe 50-60 nights a year. The Spillover is neither, but my family and I think of it as a clean, local motel similar to a brand new Hampton Inn or Courtyard Marriott, but considerably better.

Good rate, clean and friendly. Well situated for Stratton and surrounding areas. Will plan to stay here any time I am in the area.

Another year and we are back!
By MicheleS, 07/31/08
Each year my family travels to Stratton to visit family that live there. We stay at the Spillover Motel. We have been doing this for close to 17 years now. It is clean, easy to find, local to the Mountain and Rangley, as well as other attractions in that area. It is a no fuss place to stay with friendly service and fair pricing. If it wasn't a nice place to stay, I'd be in Rangley paying a lot more we wouldn't keep going back. I would gladly recommend it to others and have.

No frills but no problems; good location for our trip
By Brock, 03/09/07
Please note: My wife and I stayed here for a May 2002 weekend, thus conditions might have changed since. Although it is a basic motel, it was clean and offered morning coffee and pastries. No problems with reservations or services. The rate and location (aided by the motel's web site info) were the reasons we chose Spillover.
