Don't stay here - we were ripped off!

The owner was unreasonable and grumpy. We had a group and had reserved 4 rooms (including 2 - 2 bedroom suites). 2 weeks before arrival I had cancelled a few of the rooms I originally booked (we had booked 7 rooms) due to a few people dropping out. Not a problem, I thought, since they had a 48 hour cancellation policy. We were on an 8-day motorcycle trip. Somehow, every other motel had properly canceled my rooms but here they made us pay for 5 rooms, rather than 4 despite the fact that I had meticulous notes and produced them when we had our discrepancy. They ripped us off! What terrible customer service! I would never stay here again and am forewarning you!
