Our Pirate Weekend
By Linda, 11/02/08
This was our first stay at the Inn At Arch Rock, but we have visited Depot Bay many times. A very peaceful place. Affordable. Location was great! There was a "Pirate Event" going on while we were there and found all the pirates to be on fairly good behavior. Try the Pirate coffee place it was great! I knew my husband would still be recuperating from a surgery so I chose this venue because of the view from the room. The view was spectacular: Look to the left and see Depot Bay, look straight and watch the boats leave the harbor, look right and see the ocean and often a whale right off shore. The room was adequate, but we had to defrost the fridge before we could use it (I couldn't even fit my fist in the iced up freezer. We will return, but try to book the largest room with a full kitchen and deck the next visit.

The best place on the Oregon Coast
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/22/07
This place is undiscovered on line it seems yet it was the highlight of my trip down the Oregon coast. Perched on a rock outcrop looking out over the surf of Depoe Bay, the place has a view that can't be beat. Great helpful staff and good value rooms. My room at $119 was a bit above the original budget but worth every cent. Especially when the 2nd night was half price!! Bedroom plus sunroom with a full kitchen looking out over the water, sleep to the sound of pounding surf. A little dated in decor but well appointed with even a full sized coffee pot. Great location also for the most scenic parts of the coast.
