No heat in the rooms

We stayed there for one night, It was one of the crapest places we every stay in. The wind blowed around the windows and we had almost no heat in the room. We payed a lot for the room and had sleep in our sleeping bags under the blankets. I will never go back again. Someone should shut this place down. The only good thing about this place was it was clean.
