Yachats Inn, Yachats

Really can't recommend this place. I thought it was way over priced for what you got. We stayed in a kitchen suite the view was okay but I would have preferred a little closer to the ocean not far far away. I was so unhappy when I walk into the room I asked about getting something closer and the lady gave me a bunch of keys and I checked out all the other rooms but the room (207) was the best of them all feel really sorry for people in the other rooms. There was signs in the bathroom that every thing was counted for which I think was a little inappropriate gosh dang don't we already know better. The bed said it was a queen but felt much more like a double. I think next time instead of making reservations I will check places out before committing to one place. Did check out the Moolack motel outside of Newport absolutely gorgeous will plan to stay there sometime.

I liked the view from the patio. However was a little wary of the sliding glass door that didn't lock. Room could use a little updating but was well worth the price paid.

We stayed there on Feb 6th. and this was not the first visit. We had a very nice and peaceful time. We wanted to watch a dvd and they brought a dvd player to our room and hooked it up. The owners are very nice and the place is very well kept and clean and the price is reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone. I plan on returning again in 2010 or sooner. A very nice get-a-way.
