New Ulm Motel, New Ulm

1)We had to track down someone to check into our rooms. We found FOUR people hanging round a cleaning cart and were told they were cleaning our rooms and to come back at 2:00. Rooms were not "ready" until 3:30. 2) Rooms were NOT clean. The bathroom floor had grime on it that could have been carbon dated. 3) Infested with house flies- in October! Do not turn on the ceiling fan unless you want to relive that scene with the flies from the Amytiville Horror. 4) Bed Linens smelled suspicious. Bring your own. 5) Shower floor had a layer of black scum on it. I don't recall any of those four people who were" cleaning the rooms being in a backbrace, but apparently none of them can bend over to scrub a floor. 6) Save the $30.00 and spend the night at the ccmp ground in Flandrau Park. It'll be cleaner.
