Ocean Breeze Motel, Florence

I understand this motel had a fire last season, and underwent a complete restoration. The motel is in the style of a 1950s motor court, but is very up-to-date, neat and clean. We did not have reservations but drove up and down Florence, and this looked like the nicest place. After leaving the next morning, we agreed that we’d made a good choice. The only drawback, is that it is on the edge of town. Still, the town is so small that is not really a problem.

My husband and I have traveled extensivly this past summer. We stayed at the Ocean Breeze for our first time. It offered wonderful hospitality, the most comfortable bed we slept in all summer, the room was extreemly clean, the decor was wonderful, and the price was outstanding. The owners of this motel take pride in there ownership and it shows in every detail!! Right down to the chocolate kisses on top of the coffee mugs. The hand held shower and grab bars in the bath tub/shower were a blessing for us. Will recomend it to any and all who ask. Will stay there again with joy. It is an outstanding Motel!! Thank You so much for a wonderful stay!!

Stumbled upon this charming old time "Motor Inn" So well preserved. Clean, Comfy, Friendly place. Great Managers willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort as well as site seeing trips. Will return without a doubt. Thank You so much

I found Ocean Breeze on the internet. What a charming place. The owners are personable and full of great recommendations. They go out of their way to help. The rooms were nice, very clean, and quiet. We stayed for one night on the way up the coast and everyone enjoyed it so much we stayed there on the way back down. We hope to visit again soon. Great room, great value, great location.

After a long week of work me and my girlfriend needed a weekend getaway. We had heard how nice a town Florence was and decided to check it out. To find such a nice place to stay was perfect. The room was great the people at the desk could not have been better. It felt like a vacation not just a weekend. I would stay any time.
