My husband & I stayed here for his birthday last year. Luckily we came just after their big storm or we wouldn't have been able to get up the driveway. Nice staff, clean room, wonderful view. Only complaint, was the bed was too soft for my back. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to stay.

It sat high on a hill and we could overlook Old Town Florence. The room was fresh and clean and tastefully decorated. It was smaller than most, but clean and comfortable. How wonderful to drink coffee out of ceramic mugs and be provided with real wine glasses or beverage glasses. The continental breakfast was nice. It was quiet an nice and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The rates are the most reasonable in all of Florence. The staff told us where the best places to eat were and boy they were right. I think the other reviewer must of selected the wrong motel to write his review or maybe before they were all remodeled. This is a wonderful place and we'll be back
