From the Heart Motel, Fort Ann

very well located to where we visit. The owner is very friendly as for the family is too. The rooms are not bad sized, it needs a little updating, but if your only going there for a place to sleep, and get cleaned up, its perfect.

J&J Fusco convicted and charged again convicts are family of the owner. The place is horrible, and I would not use a credit card here, it will probably go into the Felons hands, Which is part of this family...These are not vicious lies they are cold hard facts...These people hide behind the Book, and claim victim when people find them out...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!

I am working in Fort Ann and love the convenience of the location. I was expecting the simple room. That was fine - even nice. The owner offered me a "discount" to the price on the sign outside. The price was good for the area regardless. But the topper was the smell of oil in the room. How could anyone even think of renting a room with such a stench? Awful. Please, somebody buy this motel and clean it up. It could be a winner.

WE STAYED IN FEBRUARY AND EVERYTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL,PEOPLE ARE GREAT. WHOEVER WROTE THE OTHER REVIEW ARE OUT RIGHT LIARS, PLACE IS CLEAN AND THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY AND HAD SEVERAL MONTHLY STAYS IN WHICH THE PEOPLE WERE WONDERFUL. WHILE WE WERE THERE PEOPLE WHO WERE THROWN OUT BY THE NY STATE TROOPERS FOR DRUGS AND WELFARE FRAUD, THEY ARE PROBALLY THE ONES WHO WROTE THE VICIOUS LIES.... WE FEEL IT WAS HOME AWAY FROM HOME AND WE ARE GOING BACK IN JULY 2009. ALREADY HAVE RESERVATIONS. :).

Great owners and biker friendly for Americade. Looking forward to staying there next year. Best price and just far enough away from the rumble and roar of bike week. Only a few miles from Harley dealership.

BLACK MOLD ON CEILINGS AND WALLS. FRESH FOOD ON CARPETS. MARIJUANA SMELL WHEN ENTERING OFFICE. DOG MANURE THROUGH OUT COSTOMER PARKING LOT. FEMALE OWNER IN PARKING LOT YELLING "F"WORD AT HER TEENAGE CHILD IN HER NT. GOWN AND NO TEETH INSTALLED. HAIR AND FOOD ON BOTTOM SHEET. LOCALS EXPLAINED"OWNERS ARE GYPSIES WITH FELONIES WHO PURCHESED MOTEL APPROX. 10 YEARS AGO AND MOTEL HAS FILTHY REVIEWS SINCE. NEVER AGAIN!

We had a refridgerator, microwave cable and AC. The rooms were kept clean and we always had what we needed. Owners were always there to answer questions and make suggestions of where to eat and interesting things to do.

Stayed there and found rooms clean and the people who run it friendly. Small quiet town and area. This was a nice place and I will come back

It was People & Pet Friendly. Close to all attractions and very affordable.It has Refrigorator & Microwaves and A/C in the room.Its Old and run by the People who own & Live on Premises,But All in All I say Go Have Fun and enjoy New York(upstate)
