Lakeview Motel, Delavan

hey there, it's right across from the delavan park which has a beach, boat launch and a place our family could picnic, sunbath and relax while i went fishing. great little place. also owner, john is friendly as can be. told us a great place for a local fishfry on friday night and local attractions. if you want a getaway that wont bust the bank, this is it.

This is a great little place for fisherman or anyone wanting to launch their boat on Delavan lake because it's just across the street. The rooms are clean and simple - good value for the money. The management went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable and are very knowledgable on the best fishing spots in the area and other interesting sites and things to do nearby. It's also a very convenient location with a cafe next door and a gas station next to that. There is a shopping mall with a Walmart, Starbucks, Panera bread, etc just a mile down the road. So it's a one stop shop of convenience. Delavan is a great lake with good fishing, just 12 miles from Lake Geneva. Not as crowded and I found it had much more character. Just spent a great weekend here. For the money I dont think you can beat this motel. Definitely worth a visit.
