Colonial Court Motel, Cobleskill

It is not clean. TV did not work at all. The room cost 65.00

Some peoples standard of clean are no where near mine. Will not stay there again. We even had concerns as to how clean the sheets were, let alone the floor. If it hadn't been so late, would of looked for somewhere else to stay, no matter the cost. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I traveled long hours to get to this motel, which I reserved with a credit card. In fact, a collegue of mine even called to confirm the reservation three days prior to our trip. When I got there, they had rented out our room and had no others available. They even showed me my name which was scratched off. They did nothing to rectify the situation, nor did they even apologize. One gentleman even left a young girl to deal with my dilemma. The girl told me the econolodge down the road had openings. We traveled there and she either lied, or they filled up in the seven minute drive. I ended up traveling around for an hour to find a motel with vacancies. While at the new motel, we found another couple that the same thing happened to with the same people. Be cautious and make sure you have a back up place to stay.

Every time we visit our son in SUNY Cobleskill we stay at the Colonial Court. It is very convenient to the college, and there is a decent diner next door where we can always grab breakfast or a quick bite to eat. ROoms are clean and reasonably priced. Go to Little Italy Restaurant. It is in a mall not too far from Wallmart. The food is good.
