Hunter's Hot Springs Lodge, Lakeview

i think this place is great, it is not reitzy or poor, just right, we had our family reunion the weekend of July 5th threw July 9th, was great...lol my brothers helped dig weeds I think you should invest in play equipment and put it in the square grassy spot over by the 44-49 rooms....

Canceled our entire groups reservations (8) we think because they discovered we were on motorcycles. We are all nice guys in our 60's and nothing to be afraid about. We just discovered the cancellation, which was done two months after we made the reservation, because one of us happened to call them for another reason. They werent even going to notify us!! My suggestion is not to patronize folks who discriminate.

I suspect that at one point this was quite a place - and I think with the investment of some money it could be again. The hot pool was an awful shade of green the day I was there...and the "hot pools" out by the geyser are a joke. The rooms are large but old - the fridge was set to freeze. The rooms are noisy - person came in late at night and took a shower next door - sounded as if it were in my room. I wish they would make this place a real hot springs resort - build some nice deep soaker pots by the geyser - put up a privacy fence - do some landscaping
