Never book in advance. If anything happens and you have to cancel you get charged for the full stay and there are no rain checks.Even when they officially close for inclement weather. Service at desk is sometimes non existent. Hotel prices seem to change on a daily basis. The food is excellent! However, the service is poor. Even if you do get someone who dose speak English. They seem to have a big turnover in the dining room. When you ask to speak to tha manager, he's not available or they tell us he is not available.
