Won't book here again!!

Made reservations 01/2007 for room w/king bed to be used in 04/2007. Called 4 days before to confirm and was told room given to "people" with the company. We were given a room w/2 queen beds. Asked why we were not contacted and was told "they didn't think it would matter". Made reservations at another place and cancelled same day!!
