Blue Coast Inn and Suites, Brookings

It's a dirty motel crawling with bedbugs. Old, poor, loud heaters, and the room was cold. Ice machine broken, never to be fixed? Unfriendly, moody manager. Hard to tell if she was being truthful or not when we made a complaint about anything. Continental breakfast is a joke, cheap bear claws or a piece of a muffin cut into fours! Wireless internet was weak and always losing its signal. They rent rooms by the month to the local down and outs, and there were some scary, weird people there. Stay away, or you will be sorry.

Blue Coast Inn and Suites has been under NEW MANAGEMENT since October 4, 2011. Our rooms are being completely renovated, new paint, new carpet and pads, new Beds, new bathroom vinyls. I stay on top of my Housekeepers and my Maintenance Man, and our Rooms Are Clean. I am sorry that you had a bad experience with Blue Coast Inn & Suites (formerly known as the Bonn Motel). I personally invite you back at any time, and will give you a Manager's Discount upon your next stay.

The room stunk so bad we had to get a air freshner.The bed are broke down,the pillows are flat as pancakes.The blankets are worn out.The worst was the shower.It didn't drain and black muck came up while my husband was standing trying to take a shower.Beware do not stay at this hotel.....
