Had a bad experience at Inn.

When I checked in the room, the air conditioner was running, thought that was odd. after I unpacked and worked, then went out for a dinner/meeting .I came back and worked. the room got a little chilly, so I went to adjust the noisy fan from high to low or stop, nothing worked. so I called the desk and was told she would send the maintenance man over. When he got there I told him of the problem, he checked it out, and said you're right, I never saw anything like this before, You can unplug it, and if you get cold and then plug it back in. I told him I wasn't paying for a room to unplug and plug it in. I also told and showed him the sickening things in the room. He said I don,t handle those things, I'm only a driver for the Inn. I then called the desk again, and asked when the manager would be in, she said about 9 am . I called back at 8.00 am. and was told she would be in, in a half hour, she came in at 9:42 .And I got a 10% discount on the room charge. I have stayed at several hundred Inn's both in the US and Europe, and must say this is the worst Inn I ever stayed at. At a rating of 0 to 10 I would give it a negative 10. I also received a importance phone call while waiting for the manager, and the desk clerk know I was there, and still sent the message to my room.
