Very rude

My girlfriend and I used to always go to this motel they made quite a lot of money of us, even though the guy at the front desk, seems to always have an attitude and be very rude, and the other employees there always gave us dirty looks, we usually tended to overlook that and didn't think anything of it, yes their rooms seemed to be nice, but it came with a price, we were in a room that had a backed up toilet, the water overflowed all over the washroom, so I said enough is enough and went to the front desk, and told him about the toilet back up, and he responded by saying rudely " Why you telling me?" and then I asked for a refund or a different room, and he got all upset and started swearing and name calling, I didn't want a confrontation, so I went outside and called the police, the police officer was unable to get me a full refund or different room, I was charge for the 4 hours I was there, instead of the full night I paid for. I advise anybody not to overlook bad customer service in lieu of nice rooms, or anything else in this world. Even though down the street another motel doesn't have spectacular rooms, however they have better customer service and welcomed us and appreciated our business. I will not go to blue star again, because there service is horrible and they don't appreciate your business.
