Surprised!

I loved the microwave and fridge in the room. Plus the laundry machines and bar. I had to stay on business for a couple months and they had great rates. It is an old motel but they keep everything clean. I even noticed them doing quite a bit of sprussing up! It will never be a Hilton but who wants to stay at them and pay an arm and leg anyway.

Great Prices/Clean Rooma

I really liked how friendly everyone was! I had to stay for a couple months for work in gi, I would go home on the weekends. The staff was nice and even the people who stayed for awhile like me where nice. This is an older motel but it was clean. For the price you just can't beat it.

Excellent extended stay rates!

New to the Grand Island area, I knew I had to rent a hotel room on a weekly basis until I found a home to buy. I made several calls to several hotels in GI and found that Resident Suites Inn had the friendliest staff that helped me with all my questions. There rates were by far the best and they had the most amentities to offer. Can you believe they even have a convenience store right in their front lobby? The clubhouse is awesome too. Microwaves and refrigerators in all the rooms. I felt so comfortable there, I ended up staying for 12 weeks before I found the home I wanted!
