rude, dirty, and worst experience at a hotel ever

We called for reservations 4 times in 2 days and got 3 different prices. Apparently there's not a set price to stay here. They do not believe in customer service due to the fact that they made my cousins gf cry in the office. They have a woman named Carol who works there who was smoking cigarettes in the office giving us a diff price when we pulled up then what we were told on the phone.
I've never seen a place run by people who were so rude, its almost like they were either stealing money and overcharging or didn't want to rent out the rooms.
The rooms itself were disgusting. Damp and moist sheets, toilet didn't work, shower had no pressure. They literally Bang on the door with their fist at 10:45 AM to make sure you are out of the room by 11, like it was the army. I just paid $300 for a room in a flea bag motel, and you're banging on my door? Somethings wrong here.
I'll be reporting this to the hampton bays chamber of commerce, the board of health and any other bureau I can.
