great staff

We checked into this motel when our reservations at Shasta Pines fell through. We went to Burney Motel first to get a room but, she was booked. The owners of Charm and Burney Motels are sisters and she called Charm motel for us to get us lodging. I thought that went way beyond the call of duty and we appreciated it very much. We had just drove from LA which is 11 hrs and were in no mood to call ourselves!! Very clean and we felt at home. We got a double room and it was huge with extra towels and blankets. It is pet friendly as well. Very friendly staff. Only draw back is no internet
