Dirty, run by teenagers, outdated, overpriced, unhelpful staff, cracked toilet seat, pacifier under bed (we didn't bring kids), no lifeguards (they were all socializing),we had a worker sleep outside of our room (about 50 feet away), the AC wasn't on when we got there, it was 100 degrees out. I can't believe of how little we got for $400---I don't know who would pay that for a "view" of the ocean...my advice, go to LBI in Jersey--cheaper rates, more to do, friendly locals.
