Patio Court Motel, Quakertown

well my husband and i had to stay there because of the wheather all other hotels were full, this place was very nasty should be shut down got bed bug bites all over my legs arms feet. The room smelled it was so dirty not fit a person to stay there. If you cant take care of your hotel sell it to a american we like to live clean.

Believe it or dont... My boyfriend and I spent the weekend this past weekend and there are well over 40 bites on my body! all over I am so itchy, I talked to the owner about this and he said he would give me a discount next time ... I think he should give us our money back! There will NEVER be a next time! Why on earth would anyone ever pay even $25 night TO GET EATEN ALIVE!....This place is DIRTY! and its ashamed because it is at a good location. Oh well NEVER AGAIN!... but really these bugs may come home with you and it cost about a grand to have the bugs removed from one room in the home.

I did like the price. My boyfriend and I stayed there for 1 night and it was the worst ever. We had a drunk guy knocking on our door at 3am. Then he would go back in his room and bang on the walls. So my boyfriend got fed up and went to the office and the office didnt do a damm thing about it. So we left at 430am and went down the road to another hotel. We will never stay there again.

It was clean and nice. Cant ask for much more. Its nothing fancy but gets the job done. The service was good.

Yeah this is a cheap place but not cheap enough for what you don't get. The service sucks and the people that run it act like they hate everyone that comes there. BUGS!!! FILFTHY!!! The bed was NASTY! I had bug bites when I woke up. It is ashame because they have a great location. What a waste of space. Who owns this place anyway? Do they even care about the place? I would highly suggest they clean the place up. Right now someone should call the board of health on it.

This place was ok with us. Did not have any problems. The price was reasonable, I would say for the room. No breakfast, but that's no big deal. We got breakfast from a diner close by (which was a nice little diner I might add). I guess all in all, it was not bad.

The wife and I stayed there for 2 days over the fourth of july break. It was a good place. I'd say I agree with most of the other reviewers, except for one, it seems like they have an axe to grind :). Great price, we went around to the other places in the area. It's true, it is not a new or fancy place, but it was good and clean. That's all I could ask for. The bed was comfy too, which I can't always say for some places I've been. I guess my title of reasonable sums this place up well.

I stayed there this past weekend. Overall it wasn't that bad. Not a marriot or anything like that, but it was okay.

The place smelled of urine, puke,and ?? It was absoutly the WORST, even worst than Subic Bay, PI or Kenya,AF. This place needs to be inspected by the PA Dept. of Health. I would guess they normally rent these rooms by the hour. Not recommended for humans.

This place wasn't bad at all. We asked around at the other hotels in the area and we settled on this place. It had the best rate for a decent room. One other place, I can't remember the name but it was just down the road, had a slightly lower rate, but the room and atmosphere was horrible. The service was good as we stayed for 3 days and needed a couple extra things (towels, soap, pillows...) The room was clean and livable. Overall, it was a good place to stay and we will definately stay there again when we come back to quakertown to visit family.
