High Country Inn, Susanville

Stayed 2 nights while in town for business. The location is the greatest, you are walking distance to a variety of stores and restaurants. The rooms are good sized and the beds are confortable. They have a business center where you can use their computer and copy machine. I had received an e-mail from my office and needed to print copies. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and stayed with me until she was sure that I had received all the assistance I needed. Very sweet! The exercise room has just a few machines but they are not all crammed together so it seems very spacious and extremely clean. The breakfast is nothing special but you can always walk across the parking lot and buy your own if you really need to. This is the only place to stay in Susanville!

I have stayed at the High Country Inn on many occasions. I like the rooms in the newer part of the hotel much better than the others. The rooms are spacious and it's very nice to have the refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. The location is very convenient and there are many amenities close by such as the restaurant next door and a Kentucky Fried chicken and Taco Bell across the street. There's a Starbucks and Rite Aid close by and even a Golden One Credit Union which is convenient for state and public employees. When in Susanville, I would never stay elsewhere (unless they didn't have room for me).

Clean with spacious rooms. The gyms not very big but also spacious not crampt at all. Resturant next door is not what you would expect in a small town. The ladies up front are very polite and helpful. It also helps that they are Hot!! The only place to stay in Susanville
