Apple Inn Motel & Gift Shop, Susanville

We needed a quote for a stay about 2 months in advance, and they were happy to give a price over the phone. They also sent a brochure to our address. I received short notice for our plumbers stay, and Laurna was helpful in accomdating rooms a couple of days in advance, and at the price we were quoted. Our plumbers were not sure how many days they needed but they accomodated their schedule. They payment process was easy- She sent us all the information we needed, and we had receipts quickly. Our plumbers also had a nice stay. We appreciate Apple Inn's helpfulness and accomodating service. We will recommend Apple Inn to all of our business partners and friends.

Because of bad weather we changed plans for our 1st night out and began looking for a motel in Susanville. The advertised price of $43.00 for 2 (on a weekend) and the cute gingerbread look caught our eye. When I checked in I was given a brown lunch bag and was told to take 4 goodies from the big basket of treats on the counter..woo hoo! Then the room was a lovely surprise, clean and cozy with a micro and fridge. Lots of windows too! Would definitely stay again !
