Apple Inn Motel & Gift Shop, Susanville

We stayed at the Apple Inn this week on a domestic violence situation and the owners of this motel were incredible to us, They treated us with the utmost respect and dignity. What was one the most distraught situations of my life they made my kids and I feel at home and they genuinly cared about us. Thank you guys again for being two of the greatest strangers we ever met.

I've stayed at the APPLE iNN through all kinds of weather. I was always treated with the utmost care. The couple who runs the apple inn ( I know their names) are always watching for ways to make your stay more enjoyable. They are folksy and classy, what a combination. If you want to stay at a clean, comfortable, and cozy place with tender loving care I reccomend theapple inn. Whether it is snowy, icy, hot, or windy you will always feel refreshed after your stay. I miss all the fun, special care, and the condiments at the inn. Next time I go to Susanville i hope there is a room available at this wonderful place!

We needed a quote for a stay about 2 months in advance, and they were happy to give a price over the phone. They also sent a brochure to our address. I received short notice for our plumbers stay, and Laurna was helpful in accomdating rooms a couple of days in advance, and at the price we were quoted. Our plumbers were not sure how many days they needed but they accomodated their schedule. They payment process was easy- She sent us all the information we needed, and we had receipts quickly. Our plumbers also had a nice stay. We appreciate Apple Inn's helpfulness and accomodating service. We will recommend Apple Inn to all of our business partners and friends.
