Never give this place any of your money
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/29/09
Wish I had read the previous reviews prior to renting snowmobiles. First, their snowmobiles do not run very well and are crappy. Second, when we returned from riding they said we damaged a sled and charged us over $600 for a minor repair. We never left the groomed trails or had any accidents. Can't see how we caused any damage. This place is a rip off. Do not trust them.

Never Again!

This place was HORRIBLE!!! Total ripoff!! The owners were totally rude and they watched us like a hawk going in and out of our room. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time we were there. Even the locals said not to stay there. SO many complanits!!

Do NOT rent snowmobiles here..
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/29/06
Like the 1st opinion, this establishment was rude, inconsiderate, and totally crooked. I will never rent snowmobiles from this place ever after spending 1000.00 in three days.

Sad customer service during snow storm
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/29/06
My family was stranded during the 2006 Blizzard and were in need of a hotel room. As my husband contacted the reservations desk the foreign woman refused to allow one night stay at the hotel stating a 'three night stay' is required. How could someone show so little compassion during a state of emergency in such a great snow town.
