Cadillac Inn, Lovelock

I have family outside of town and I needed a place to stay for Christmas weekend. Cadillac Inn came through for me. I'm am told this is cleanest and most hospitable place in town. I actually have not stayed here, because some room opened up at my sisters. I did get first class service over the phone when I made my reservation and first class when I canceled. If the need arises that I need a motel, this is my 1st call. I did not think it was fair of me to mark any star for cleanliness, since I did not stay. My sister has had other friends stay there and all have said it was very clean.

The inexpensive price is posted. Didn't have to ask for any discount. A lot of places jack up the price on the weekend but these guys don't. I travel through northern Nevada a couple of times per month and I'll stay here whenever I can. I had stayed at the Casino 100 yards away but this is much nicer and a stronger wi-fi connection. It's the best deal I've found in Nevada. The mattress was very comfortable, the shower was immediately warm with good pressure. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. Very clean. I like the warm floor in the carpeted bathrooms.

Small town America still exist. The owners of this establishment offer a clean, comfortable place to hang your hat. I've stayed 4 nights in the past month and plan to spend many more. Some of the best dual sport motorcycle riding just a few miles out of town. Larry gave me great direction and history for my adventures which all worked perfectly. He's a wealth of information with as much detail as you're looking for. Checking in early wasn't a problem and they even trust people when a need they must take off unexpectedly. This is a small business without an attitude. Lovelock is a fascinating place if you choose to stay or just pass through. Can't find a better value for the buck. Oh, it's much quieter than the large casino hotel (Sturgeon) across the street. I'll be back for sure! No pets which I also appreciate.

So I pull into town at 4:45 after finding this hotel on the internet. $37.00 including tax. What is wrong with this place?? Nothing. The place down the rode was $89. Clean, nice people, right in town. I ask the owner if there was a place to go into the desert the next day, He says give me a moment and I will take you to a great ghost town now. 2 1/2 hours later I had the greatest tour and being a photographer by trade the greatest photographs I could have asked for. All this and a clean bed for 37$ .

This was my second time here. Friendly quiet place to stay.The room was very clean and comfortable. I call it my get away from the rat race. Plus you can't beat the price.

I made my reservations over the phone not knowing anything about this place, but just knowing I need a place that wasnt fancy and didnt cost a lot. I was pleasantly surprised that when I arrived - early i might add - my room was ready for me. It was kitchy and quaint and very clean. Ok, so the furniture doesnt match and I had to use toilet paper because there was no kleenex, but for $37 a night, i wasnt complaining. It was 107 the afternoon I was there and the AC cranked up on high was perfect to cool me off. The shower and bathroom were impeccable and I had no issues with the room at all. I will say that the trains that run through Lovelock all night will bring you out of your slumber, but that isn't the fault of this wonderful little gem just off the beaten path. I give 4 stars for clean, 4 stars for comfort and 3 stars for ambience.

I was very surprised by our room. When I pulled into the parking lot, I wasn't sure what I would find. The room was very clean and the space heater was on and waiting for us. The most surprising thing was the comfort of the bed! I slept great! And cheaper than any other place in town. Will definitely go back if i'm ever in the area again.

I was forced down by inclement weather at the Lovelock airport in May, 2008. In a shack at the airport were three listed lodging places and their numbers. The Cadillac Inn was the only number that still worked. Some very accomodating folks agreed to come to the airport (8 miles away) and bring me to their inn. Seeing that there was no taxi service in town this saved my bacon. Wonderful people willing to go out of their way for you. It's not the Hilton but, then, they don't charge as if they were. You can't go wrong if your looking for a decent place to stay.

I really loved this place. It was really quiet and very comfortable. The room was very clean and nice. The mom and pop that owned the place were really great and were always willing to go that extra mile for when I asked for things!! I will definately be staying there anytime I come up in the future!!

This was one of the best places I have stayed in nevada so far. The rooms were clean, and the price way below the other motels in Lovelock.
