wouldnt recomend it

couldnt get into our room and there was no one on duty to help we had to leave without our things and check into another hotel to sleep. also ther was another couple who had a resorvation there and noone was on duty and they couldnt get their keys to their room so they were camped out in the lobby!!! thats just rediculous!!
