Sleepy Cat was an old family favorite. Many happy memories were made there eating in the wonderful restaurant with family and friends. It will sorely be missed.

This Resort is Closed

This resort has been sold, and the restaurant is now closed. The cabins were torn down by the current owner. The entire resort is now a private ranch.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful

You will have the most relaxing time of your life here. Quite, peaceful, and beautiful. We stayed here for 15 years straight. Haven't been in about 3 years and I miss it. The food is great. Everyone is so nice. If you want a great retreat, stay here. I wish I lived there....

Relaxing Getaway

I am from Dallas, and I go on a fishing trip every September with my cousins that live in Denver, and Sleepy Cat always delivers an excellent experience. We stay in a large cabin, and the staff always does a wonderful job by making us feel at home. Maid service cleans cabin every morning. Area is very peaceful, restaurant is very good, and lodging is great. Cabin has full kitchen with pots/pans/dishes/refrigerator. Great fising lakes are nearby, and fishing in the White River (which is 200 yards from our cabin) always yields spectacular results.
