Checked in on Friday after and four days later the floor had not been cleaned and the sheets and pillow cases had not been changed.Woman informed me and the person that was with me, that the floor would be cleaned that night, which it was and informed us that the sheets and pillow cases would be replaced with clean bedding the next morning. When we returned, I informed her that the sheet etc. had not been changed, because the sheets and pillow cases had hair on them. She said, " I know that they were changed because I changed them myself and that they are clean even though they have hair on them. Both beds and pillows had someones hair on them, but not ours. Then she informed me that there is other places to stay. The floor and beds were cleaned, as she clamed even though the beds had someones hair in them other than ours. She informed me that it was different in the motel business as far as the washing of the bedding. I informed her that maybe she needed to buy some new dryers.
Bad deal. You may be dealing with a health problem with other peoples hair on the sheets and pillow cases. I so have a witness.
We were Elk hunting in the Silt area and that is why we were staying there. One morning my friend forgot to unplug his coffee pot. He informed me that he was going to have to go back to the motel even that we were out and had the ATV's unloaded because did not want there to be any chance of something happening with the pot to start a fire. If he could not get ahold of the woman. After four calls, he did get ahold of the woman and she would got to the room and unplug the coffee pot. When we returned that evening around 13 to 14 hours later, the coffee pot was still running. You could smell the room full of burning boiled down coffee.
Pretty good deal Huh? Think we got our $320.60 worth for 5 evenings. Even had a male on the phone earlier in the year that informed that he could not give me a price, because the woman had not figured the rates durning the hunting seasons. That was because the woman raises the rates at that time of the year.
My cousin's wife called silt Red River Motel 4 or 5 times and could never get the woman to make a reservation for her husband and told her the last time that she called, to call Rifle to the Red River Motel. So she did. It took one call and the reservation was done. My cousin also told me that the man there was very accomadating and the room was clean all the time.
