Heldreth Motel Kingwood, Kingwood

This is a close motel to alot of places to eat but the motel itself is in bad need of repairs. My shower this morning with hot water was about 5 minutes if that. We had to park away from our room because the parking lot was blocked by others thanks to huge trucks and the way the parked in the place. There was no ice machine anywhere for us to use. The room was horrible dirty and the bathroom was full of mold and mildew. I have never been to a motel and not had shampoo and conditioner that you can use like the little sample ones, they had none. I was just not impressed at all. When we pulled in that should have been a sign for us to leave right then, there was about 20 people right in front of the office drinking and talking like they were at a outside bar or something. I am not knocking on the drinking cause I love a cold beer but that is not the place to do it and management should not allow it. If it had been clean I could have handled the rest but it was so bad I would not let my daughter take her shoes off and walk around in the room. I will pay more for a room in Morgantown next time and just drive a little further in the morning.
