Overlook Restaurant, Nashville

The Salt Creek Golf Retreat is an unexpected find in Nashville, Indiana. The golf course is very testing and and the course superintendent and his crew do a very good job maintaining the facility. The Length of the course is not difficult but all those water hazards did collect a dozen of my golf balls on a recent outing. The Overlook Restuarant was a great find where the food and service were top notch. Only draw back is that they only have food service Thursday through Sunday with no breakfast service at all. But it is, after all, a condo community so I suspect that most people will utilize the full kitchen in each rental unit for breakfast and snacks. I don't want to cook when I'm on vacation. I don't have a hungry gang of young ones to feed either. The pool and hot tub are very relaxing at the end of a "greuling" day on the golf course or in the artsy town of Nashville maxing out the credit card will all the original art work on display and available for purchase all over town.
