i like location, value and smily face with good service.

Currently at this hotel. Very disappointed. Paid $111 for Friday and $122 for Saturday night. Spend thirty minutes at desk trying to get room key cards activated and still could not get them to work for second night, said to come back in morning. The second floor was extremely hot, no air in the hall. When we went to our room on the second floor it was like an oven. It took over five hours to get the room to cool down. We woke up in the middle of the night to the room burning up. The air condition unit was not working. We call the front desk and notify them and their responce is "I'm sorry mamm there is really nothing I can do. We do not have a maintance man." So now we are waiting till a manager gets in to resolve the issue. Didn't get sleep cause of heat and now sitting around wasting time waiting on a manager to show up. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing they have going for them is the location. They are across the street from Belterra casino. If this hotel was in any other location they would be out of business.

The service was slow and they did not seem to care. They said they would shuttle us to the Casino, but the Shuttle Bus was of to WalMart with some College students. I felt the price was too high for the service. If I stay again I will not pay more than $40.00.

It cost $122 to get a shower that had the previous occupant's washrag in it so it obviously hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, the flush handle was broken, the towel rod had a 69 cent wooden DOWEL rod in it, we had to ask for toilet paper (it was nearly empty) and towels, and they wouldn't take any standard discounts like AARP or AAA. I will never stay at this place again. I'd sleep in my car first.
