Sutton Lane Motel, Sutton

We stayed here for three nights to check out some property we own in the area. Due to a medical emergency that required hospitalization, we could not check out until 12:30pm, one and a half hours after their mandatory 11:00am check out, even though the front desk was aware of the emergency. We were rudely forced to pay for the next night. The plumbing has problems, sink nearing falling off the wall, toilet difficult to sit on, bed extremely hard, carpets dirty. Signage and ads saying "complete remodeled" are a lie. The Waffle Hut, also owned by Skidmore, Inc., is dark and in poor condition. Food's not bad, but the place would never pass a health inspection. The rest rooms were a disaster.
