Daniel Boone Motor Inn, Aberdeen

I liked that its mostly a one story business. I liked that they have a restaurant and a lounge on the property. I liked that there is a bank right next door. I liked the front desk clerk. To be a Monday morning, she was very polite and professional. Both ladies in the office were very friendly, chatting like I was an old friend. Its an older motel, you can tell its been added onto over several years, but its a good motel. The room was bright and clean, even the bedspread was fresh smelling and clean! I have to say it was a good find on a whim. I will most definitely return.

I found Daniel Boone Motor Inn after a long road trip needing a place to crash. It certainly was a great little find. I was very relieved to see that wonderful glowing sign! Once inside in the warmth, Debra pointed me to the little restaurant right across the parking lot. She said my favorite words of all time, "Breakfast served all day long." :) I visited the diner and ate the best western omlette ever. Judy and Kim certainly know their stuff. I was very satisfied with the food, service and quality of the restaurant. Good home cooked food! Debra also pointed me to the Dog House Lounge. She said it was a clean bar and the owner, Connie didnt allow foolishness and fighting in her bar! I met the infamous Connie and her wonderful husband, Tom. I had a real fine time talking to them. They treated me like an old friend come to visit. I loved all the little signs and jokes they have posted. I only had one complaint with my room. The heat didnt seem to work that well. My favorite clerk, moved me to a new room saying no problem and would gladly move me again if need be. Really a thorough employee, which is a delight in the day and age of so many people just going thru the motions for the pay check. I will certainly remember this little gem the next time I pass this way. I will also recommend it to friends and family.

the food was overpriced but the room rates were great. i met a woman there by the name of judy at the front desk, very pleasant woman talked as if she had known us forever!

Front desk service was terrible, employees not friendly AT all, rooms were nasty, restaurant service was terrible. Judy is not friendly at all and what happened to Cindy? She was the nice one Judy is just too fake. The bar a great place, loved it Connie is a great bartender!

the lounge was, well could have been a fun place. we weren't treated good at all. Get rid of the bartender,red headed older woman,probably in her late 50"s. The rooms were ok.
