Crystal Beach Hotel, Ocean City

Likes: Parking garage, Beach very close, location was good, pool (when it was cleaned) nice size room (I had the handicapped room) Night staff was pretty friendly. Small, not crowded. Dislikes: No food service or stove, no vending machines for snacks (only a few candy/ chips by the front desk) Maid service wasn't the greatest - they rarely refilled my supplies or towels. Linen smelled old and stuffy, the room was cold and clammy. Day staff, I couldn't get a hello out of them.

We found this place and love it! It's in a perfect location, clean, and pretty safe. The rooms are decent and clean. Kids have access to everything. Rooms have a small kitchen area which works well with three small children. I highly recommend it. It is NOT a hole in the wall at all.

We've stayed here for 2 summers straight. We love it here! You can't beat the rates for what you get; cleanliness, very nice rooms (modern, not old and stuffy) on the beach and boardwalk, walking distance to all the boardwalk shops and night life. Great Value!

My parents have been staying at this location since it was built. Its so beautiful! You would think that it not very affordable just by its looks and service. But, here is one thing to think about...My husband and I are a younger couple in our twenties with 3 yound children. Every year we stay somewhere else. But the one is not in best conditions anymore (24th and Boardwalk) the Best Western on (28th I believe it is..smelled!) In the end we have ended up paying about the same or a little more for less cleanliness and less polite staff. This year we are all booked to stay at Crystal Beach...cant wait.
