Sorry I asked

Our family has been staying at the Pinecrest Chalet for sometime now. We usually stay 3-4 days in summer and 2-3 days in winter every year. However, I believe this will be no longer. Recently I called to inquire about booking for winter 09/10. I had a question about the pricing, the staff member who assisted me was extremely rude. The online prices were displaying about $150 less then when I called to book, of course out of curiosity I asked why the price had gone up so much, we'll at least I tired, the staff member would not even allow me to finish my sentence. To me it seemed he was tired of possible explaining the change in price. I then stated to him I was only asking, again he stopped me and said look I'm sorry your mad at me for the price. I couldn't believe it. I was going to book but I was tired of being interrupted and not being able to finish a single complete sentence, I hung up and said forget about it! How Rude! I was thinking to myself here I am attempting to book a 3 night stay at $400 a night, and I cant even finish a sentence. The cabins are nice furniture a little out dated. Value, prices are a little high. The cabins are pretty clean. The service from the staff member I dealt with horrible. Our last visit was 7/09
