Best Little Oar House in Missouri

Classic, classic lake bar/restaurant/marina! Love the old school decor, and the cold beer! You won't find a friendly more memorable place to stop and gas up on the Lake of the Ozarks! We take all our lake guests for a cold beer and a bite at the Oar House when they are visiting!

Oarhouse Staff and marina Are Awesome

My brother and I have been fishing out of the Old Oar House marina for 10 years. Bernie has been very helpful to us thru many boat problems etc. Their Marina has gas, good food,overnight and seasonal boat slips available.

Nasty
By ,
Got served with dirty glass and watered down mix drink-twice, thinking the first time was a fluke. Horrible service by drunks and it was only noon! Smoke-filled business is just not a family place. Dogs running around the bar/food area eating food off the floor..just bad.

Great Hospitality

We were there with family that lives in the area. We were treated awesome. Can't wait to go back, the locals are very friendly and fun to be around. Bernie and Bruce were excellent! They even gave my family an oar to sign and add to the collection on the ceiling.

not fancy, but relaxing and fun

we were there this last wkend, everyone makes you feel right at home, whether it be owners or locals, food was great (a little pricey, but oh well), relaxing, accommodations not fancy (could be a little cleaner), but not filthy by any means. Want to go back soon!!! mirror hard to see yourself in, sideways on wall, please fix.

couldn't ask for more

one of my all-time favorite missouri resort destinations. the food is great, the people are friendly and the location is second to none. great fishing and swimming and you won't find a better deal from any other resort in the area. bernie, bruce and barb will make you feel like you're one of the gang from the moment you walk in the door. I'D RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!

Great Fishing

A very personable, no frills place. I was looking for a quiet place with good fishing where I could let my hair down and I was not disappointed. Bernie is a super guy.
