Osage Bluff Lodge and Club House, Warsaw

It is very hard to believe the service we received compared to what other reviews state is hardly the truth. This is a seasonal hotel and is kept up in one of the best shapes I ever experienced. Wes was tremendous assistant to us even let us use some of his gorilla glue to make a repair to transducer. Yes the property is aged however being in the hospitality business I knew what to look for and the cleanliness of the room was beyond excellent and the infrastructure is very well maintained. We experienced proper operating appliances even though they are aged. All in all a great experience and we are definitely returning. To those dissatisfied clients perhaps you were expecting the Ritz but get real this is lodging on a lake in Missouri.

Signs and directions to find the "lodge" were not adequate. I did not come across either a Lodge nor a Clubhouse. The pool is smaller than most back yard pools. The carpet in the room was sticky. The woman at the front desk was rude and bothered anytime we asked for help. They restrict ice usage. This was simply not a good fit for our family. Also, it is a good hour and a half drive from Camp Bartle, but they will tell you the camp is only 15 miles away.
