We stayed at Blue Pine for our kids' Cal-Ripken 9-year old baseball regionals held in Panguitch. We booked a total of 11 rooms and we all were impressed by its cleanliness, service, and hospitality. This motel was centrally located. The Church owners were not there but their kids manage it that week. They treated all of us like family and they let us borrow items we forgot or needed; when my computer was not working they even tried to fix it and loaned me theirs to complete my work. Their b-b-q area was a life saver and their backyard was perfect for the boys to play ball while adults cooked and relaxed. The Church kids even came to watch one of our kids' games and later joined the boys playing ball with them. We will never stay anywhere else. Their hospitality, service, and spotless rooms were out of this world.
We stayed at Blue Pine Motel for Memorial Day while visiting Bryce Canyon. The Motel is about 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon and located in the center of town. It was a great value and nice motel for the price. The Rooms were nice and they had a fridge and microwave. The rooms were clean and the beds were decent. We stayed three nights and the last night we had some Loud neighbors and the walls didn't keep out much noise. Overall the owners were very nice and it was a nice Motel.
This place works. Richard and Cheryl Church will treat you like family. Been fishing/vacationing back here for a long time. Blue Pine is my choice. Not only beautiful country, but small town America at it's best. Last week in June every year is reserved for a trip back here to fish and visit some of the most down to earth people you'll ever meet. Give this place a try. You will not regret it. Have fished/visited Panguitch for the past 35 years. Finer/down to earth people make this town what it is. Richard and Cheryl Church have treated us like family for past 10 years. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Strongly suggest you stop by. Tell them we sent you. Dr. Hal Fender, Steven "SZ" Gurley, Bill Fade, Daniel "The Prophet" Lamarche and all of the "Eliminators".
We stayed at the Blue Pine for a baseball tournament, with 12 boys, and their families, for a week. As motels go, it was basic, but the owners and employees treated us all wonderfully. The putting green was a nice distraction for the kids. Based on the competition in the Panguitch area, I would highly reccomend the Blue Pine, based on service alone.
