Will not return or ever recommend - !
The sign out front said 'Prime Rib Special, 5pm-9pm, $15.95', but when ordered, was told 'a couple of hours for the prime rib, it is still frozen', so we ordered the 'Ribeye steak at a little more $$', but was told not available, so, ordered the '16oz T-Bone', expecting a thick, juicy T-Bone, since this was considered a 'Steakhouse'. No way - thin(~0.5inch), pan-fried, tough to chew(filet side, small, tender, size of 1/3 dollar bill)... Not good. The personal loaf of bread was at least a day old, dry outside, but moist in the very center. One good thing: the Baked potato was hot, and the asparagus was tender, surprisingly. We were the only customers, other than one other fellow, at 5:15pm, after driving all the way from Bryce Canyon on a recommendation from the visitor's center, who said she ate there all the time... Can't say I will ever eat here again, and will not recommend it to anyone. Should have picked the other recommendation: Adobe Cafe, just north of this place... This is no steakhouse. The interior was simple, nice, and clean. The salad bar was okay, also. The poor waitress was very embarassed, and should get a better place to work, where they support her and let her know ahead of time that they aren't preparing the advertised entrees, before she has to return and tell her customers there isn't going to be any such thing available... I feel we were 'baited and switched to a higher priced meal', and the cook didn't care, telling the waitress what wasn't available, as he walked out the front door! The movable sign still stayed out front, near the highway...
