Defintely a Motor Inn

This motel is definitely overpriced at $45 but probably because there aren't really any other options if you have to stay directly in Beattyville. I would have had a hard time being satisfied at $25. Got stuck with a smoking room which smelled absolutely disgusting. The walls, floors, and furniture were soiled beyond belief and the noise level at night was loud at best (the facility is right on the main highway into town). Avoid this place if you can and go with a cabin or lodge room.

Good Hotel for a good Price

Stayed at the motor inn for 3 days when i went to go visit my boyfriend in Beattyville while he was building a bowling center for Rev Owens and the Community. Good place to stay great rate nice staff the location is not the best its in Beattyville KY but they were great to us clean rooms nice views would recommend staying there if your in Beattyville
