Washington Burgess Inn, West Point

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, convenient and the beds were very comfortable. It was also very affordable.

Large, clean, comfortable room. Very helpful staff. I'll be staying here again! :)

Bedroom is not clean. Bathroom shower had foam scum onthe tiles and all sorts of other stuff glued on the tiles. Plus, service is awful. They charged me twice for the room (on the credit card used to book and the one we used to pay - after having said that it was ok to use another card to pay) and are a pain to fix it.

I've had family stay at the Washington Burgess on several occasions. The hotel is clean, rates are reasonable, and the staff is very helpful. I live less than a mile away so it's the perfect location for our guests from out of town.

I don't require a lot of service for a hotel room, and didn't need much. Everything I needed was either there or provided with courteous, prompt, and efficient service. There is an outdoor pool which was sparkling clean. There is a restaraunt outside my door which sported good food, prices, and service. There is a convenience store beside the restaraunt (which put the pool, restaraunt and store within 100 yds of my door). The room was clean, the water was hot, and I had a fridge/freezer and microwave in the room. the cabled tv got stations from the beach area and my home area of Richmond. I would and will stay there again.
