Daniel Boone Motor Inn, Hazard

Wife and I stayed there and people were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves and the rooms and service were good enough for us. No complaints from us at all. Thanks for the Motel and staff for an enjoyable time. rates best around. Front desk people were nice when we checked in and really great the next morn. The lady the next morning was very nice and helpful.

The place is ran down and has a bad reputation but the new management is trying hard to do better with the place. People live there as a home besides just as an over nighter! The workers are friendly and respectable and is mostly family. If you have stayed there and were ade to feel unwelcome its probably due to the fact that u urselfr not a very friendly person! Th staff is extremely socialible and helping! Besides it has the lowest rates in Hazard! If u r lookin for a place to hang and have fun this is the perfect place for u to be. But if u r uptight and snooty it would be best to drive right on down the freaking road!!!

New Management sucks, the maids are good and friendly, some desk clerks are bitches, but besides that if you like things that go bump in the dark and you like ghosts and you get off on hot and cold spots just check out room 321 at the Daniel Boone Motor Inn located at Hazard, KY and all are welcome if you dare.

Room reeks of smoke. Mice in room. Place does not seem safe. Towels are very small and grey. No tissues or other amenities in room. Carpet visibly dirty.
