Great location and great customer service! The Gazebo Inn is located in the middle of all the attractions and restaurants. Customer service was great, especially the woman that was helping with the breakfast in the mornings. The only issue my wife and I had was the rooms could use a little upgrade, the bathroom especially. Walls are somewhat paper-thin depending where your room is located. Our room was located near the outside stairs and we could hear people dragging/rolling their suitcases around. Other than that, we definitely recommend staying at the Gazebo Inn!
We rented the family suite which had a great layout. Two baths 3 beds great for extended family. The pool is only a few yards away. Pool chairs need replacing, room was clean but was in need of updating (paint, new fixtures). Beds were great.. we all rested well. There were 4 of us plus a small dog. The suite was great because we were able to spread out and all have our own space. Front desk staff was outstanding & extremely friendly. Breakfast was your normal continental breakfast nothing great. Would definitely stay again.
My wife and I needed a getaway and booked this place because she likes gazebos.....love it.......the staff was wonderful, the continental breakfast was good. We got a room with a jacuzzi, it felt wonderful after a days walking around Branson. They have a sweetheart basket you may want to include. (hint hint).
We just returned from Branson and our stay at the Gazebo Inn. We always take my mom and my husband's dad, so we need a family suite. We generally stay in a condo on the lake, but our parents don't like the drive from shows, so I decided to find a place closer into town. The suite was so cute and cozy. Everyone working there was helpful and friendly, and the location was great! When we go back we will again try to the the family suite at the Gazebo Inn. Also, I've never stayed at a place so reasonable priced that offered such a nice breakfast each morning!
This hotel is just absolutely adorable. The rooms were pretty cute too. It would have been even better if all of the christmas lights were in working order around the hotel.
There were a few things i didn't like about this hotel, though. First of all, the pool was fairly small and dirty. Not a huge deal because there are a ton of better things to do in branson besides hanging out at your hotel swimming. I noticed the plug-ins in our room were faulty, i had to plug my straightener in just right to get it to work, but im sure it's not like that in all rooms. Another setback was we had a ton of steps to walk up while carrying our luggage because of no elevator and steep hills (which you will find a lot of in branson).
Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and it was a pleasant experience. It is located almost right in the middle of the strip, and the outlet mall is located right across the street. It's a perfect spot if you want to take a late night walk on the strip.
