Inn & Mercantile at Ojo, Ojo Caliente

The merchantile is up the street from Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa. I just returned from five days at Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa. We walked past the Mercantile and the little B&B type operation, it looked cute. But our stay at Ojo Resort and Spa was great, couldn't have been better. They have been working on and it looked like still are, but a great spot for a relaxing getaway.

When I made my reservation for my room they charged my card, then when I left the resort they charged it again. I called them twice a week for 3 months to remove the charge and finally when they agreed to pay my account back they charged me yet again instead of giving me my money back. Don't ever stay at this place it isn't worth the trouble. The springs were ok, but the customer service is aweful.

what a scam, the only thing being rejuvinated at ojo springs is the owners big fat wallet. I found nothing that benefited me except the massage, but can get one anywhere for alot less money. Besides after talking to a few other guests, the owner is a greedy jerk. I will not give one dime of my money to the likes of him.
